Ingredients
  • 2 Puff pastry sheets (for 4 puffs)
  • 2 Boiled Egg
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Tomato
  • Few Mint leaves
  • Salt as needed
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Carrot
  • 1/4 cup Chopped French beans
  • Beaten egg to brush on top
Instructions
Stuffing
  1. In a pan heat oil, add chopped onion, cook till it becomes translucent.
  2. Add ginger and garlic paste, cook till raw smell goes off.
  3. Add chopped mint leaves.
  4. Add chopped tomato, cook till it becomes mushy.
  5. Add salt, chili powder, and turmeric powder.

  6. Add little water and cook well.
  7. Add shredded carrots and chopped beans.
  8. Mix well and cook covered for 5 minutes.
  9. Once done, turn off the flame and keep it aside.
Egg Puffs
  1. Thaw pastry sheets as per instructions. Boil 2 eggs and remove the shells, cut it into halves and keep it aside.

  2. Preheat oven to 360-degrees F.
  3. Cut pastry sheets.
  4. For egg puff, slightly roll the pastry sheets.
  5. Add 1 tsp of vegetable mixture and ½ of boiled egg.
  6. Apply water on all 4 sides.
  7. Cover and seal edges.
  8. Arrange it in a lined baking tray.
  9. Brush with beaten egg.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or till it becomes golden brown.
  11. Serve hot.
