Yuumy Indian Ice cream
Add one liter of thick full-fat milk to a pan.
Put on medium heat and boil the milk.
Boil one liter of milk till it becomes half a liter and stir from time to time.
In a mixer jar, add 15 almonds, 10 pistachios, and 3 cardamoms.
Grind it coarsely without grinding it finely.
Then add 1/4 cup of condensed milk to the milk and mix.
Soak a pinch of saffron in milk for a while and then add.
Then add the powdered almonds and pistachios.
Boil on medium heat for 2 minutes.
Then add 1/4 cup sugar and mix.
Once done, turn off the flame and cool down completely.
After cooling pour the mixture into the mold.
Cover it with aluminum foil or plastic wrap.
Place the ice cream stick in the middle of it.
Place in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight.
After 8 hours take kulfi out and place in water for 10 to 20 seconds.
Now slowly take it out.
Yummy malai kufi is ready to serve.
