Ingredients
  • Orange - 3 - 450g
  • Carrot - 2 - 120g
  • Ginger - a small piece
  • Lemon - ½
  • Salt - to taste
Instructions
  1. Oranges should be peeled and then cut into small pieces.

  2. Cut the carrot into small pieces after peeling it and removing the ends and stem.

  3. To a mixing jar, add oranges and carrots.

  4. A small section of peeled ginger should be added.

  5. Juice from half a lemon, squeezed.

  6. Sprinkle on some salt.

  7. It should be finely ground with one to one and a half cups of water added.

  8. Squeeze it with a spoon, then strain it.

  9. If desired, grind and filter once more while adding a little water.

  10. Yummy carrot orange juice is ready.
