eg Noodles are a quick, easy and tasty dish that can be made healthier if you use whole grain or rice noodles with your favourite vegetables.

Ingredients
  • 150 grams Noodles
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 cup Spring onion
  • 2 Capsicum
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Tomato sauce
  • Salt as needed
Instructions
  1. Cook noodles as per the instructions and keep them aside. 

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add spring onions and saute for a minute.

  3. Add sliced vegetables and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.

  4. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, white pepper and salt and cook for a few minutes.

  5. Add cooked noodles, mix everything well and turn off the flame.

  6. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
