Healthy and tasty dessert
Boil 2 cups of milk on medium flame.
Add 1/4 cup of sugar and mix well.
Cool completely and refrigerate.
In a bowl add 2 tsp of sabja seeds.
Add 1 cup of water and soak for 15 minutes.
Take 2 different vessels and add 1 pack of strawberry flavor gelatin and 1 pack of lemon flavor gelatin.
Add 1 cup of boiling water in each.
Stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add 1 cup of water in each.
Refrigerate for 4 hours, once done cut into small pieces.
In a pan boil required water for falooda sev.
Add 1 pack of sev.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a serving cup, add 3 tsp rooh afza.
Add 3 tsp soaked sabja seeds.
Add 2 tsp of cooked sev.
Add 3 tsp lemon jelly and 3 tsp strawberry jelly.
Add 1 cup of prepared milk, and mix gently.
Add 1 scoop of vanilla icecream.
Add 1 more tsp of roof afza.
Finally, sprinkle 1 tsp of tutti frutti.
Serve chilled.
