Almond Flour Cake is the most delicious cake I have ever made and tasted. Whenever I feel bored with flour cake or want to make a healthy snack for kids, I prefer almond flour cake. As we know almond flour is recommended for keto and paleo diets, which will make you feel light.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350-degree Fahrenheit.

  2. Grease a 9-inch square pan, and line it with parchment paper.

  3. Separate the eggs carefully, keep the egg yolks and whites in two separate bowls.

  4. Mix 2 tsp of sugar with egg whites. Whip the egg whites with a hand mixer, till the egg whites form a soft peak.

  5. In another bowl, add egg yolks, remaining sugar, salt, baking powder, and vanilla extract.

  6. Beat till the mixture becomes soft and fluffy.

  7. Now add the almond flour.

  8. Combine everything well, now add egg whites little by little, mix gently.

  9. Transfer the batter to the pan.

  10. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or till golden brown.

  11. Once done, remove it from the oven and cool it down.

  12. Dust with sugar powder and serve.
