Carrot roti is a healthy and delicious roti made with wheat flour, carrot, ginger, and chilli. Carrot roti goes well with all kinds of subzi and curry.  It is a perfect lunch box dish for kids.

Ingredients
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • Few Coriander leaves
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 Green Chilis
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 tsp Oil
Instructions
  1. Wash, peel and grate carrots, chop the green chilis, ginger, and coriander leaves.

  2. In a bowl add wheat flour, grated carrot, ginger, chillis, coriander leaves, and salt.

  3. Mix everything with little water, make a soft dough.

  4. Make small lemon sized balls.

  5. Dust the dough balls with wheat flour.

  6. Roll it into a 5-inch diameter.

  7. Heat a skillet, place paratha.

  8. Cook for a few minutes, and flip it.

  9. Cook till brown spots appear.

  10. Serve hot.
