Clean the prawns and drain water completely, if you want you can keep tail, otherwise remove it.

Add chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, red chili powder, and curry masala powder.

Combine everything and keep it aside for 20-30 minutes.

Once done, add corn flour, rice flour, and maida. Sprinkle little water if needed.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan.

Combine everything well and fry in batches. Shrimp will cook quickly.

Cook both sides for a minute or a couple of minutes.

Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot.
