Milk Peda is a delicious and easy milk dessert. The traditional method of making milk peda is time-consuming and takes a long time until it hardens. This is an instant milk peda with paneer and milk powder. There are many ways to make instant milk peda.
Boil the milk in a saucepan.
Cook until it is half the size.
Add the grated paneer and cook until the moisture is completely absorbed.
Now add milk powder and mix well.
Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
Cook until moisture is absorbed.
When done, allow the mixture to cool, add to the mixing jar and grind lightly.
Rub the ghee on the palm, make the required size balls and tap.
Garnish with chopped nuts.
