Crunchy Chicken fry
In a bowl add the skin, boneless chicken pieces (cubed).
Add the required amount of salt, chilli powder ½ tsp, chilli sauce ½ tsp, garlic powder ½ tsp, ground ginger ½ tsp.
Add 1/4 cup of buttermilk.
Mix well, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
In a wide bowl/plate, add 1 cup flour.
Add ½ cup of cornflour.
Add the required salt.
Add ½ tsp of chilli powder.
Mix everything well.
After 1 hour, add 1 beaten egg into the chicken and mix well.
Dip the chicken pieces one by one in the flour mixture.
Dip all the chicken pieces in the same way.
Add the ice water to the remaining masala mixture.
Put the chicken pieces in the ice water for 2-3 seconds and again dip them in the same flour.
Heat oil over medium high heat. Add the chicken pieces one by one.
Flip over frequently and cook until golden brown and set aside.
Delicious popcorn chicken is ready to serve.
