Easy desi style burger
In a tawa , heat 2 tsp of oil and 1 tsp of butter.
Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and saute for a minute.
Add 2 tsp chopped garlic, and 2 tsp chopped ginger, cook until the raw smell leaves.
Add 3 tsp chopped onion and stir.
Add 3 tsp of chopped capsicum.
Saute and cook covered for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Add required salt, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, and 1 tsp red chilli powder, and mix well.
Add 1 chopped tomato and cook until it becomes soft.
Add 1 tsp tomato ketchup and 1 tsp Szechuan sauce and combine well.
Add 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese and cook until the cheese melts.
Add boiled potatoes and mix well and keep them aside.
Cut the burger buns in half.
Heat 1 tsp of butter and add the bun, toast for a few seconds.
Place 2 - 3 tsp of aloo masala, and add some chopped onion and tomato.
Close the bun and serve hot.
