Ingredients
  • 2 Puff pastry sheets (for 4 puffs)
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Tomato
  • Few Mint leaves
  • Salt as needed
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Carrot
  • 1/4 cup Chopped French beans
  • Butter/Oil to brush on top
Instructions
Stuffing
  1. In a pan heat oil, add chopped onion, cook till it becomes translucent.

  2. Add ginger and garlic paste, cook till raw smell goes off.
  3. Add chopped mint leaves.
  4. Add chopped tomato, cook till it becomes mushy.
  5. Add salt, chili powder, and turmeric powder.

  6. Add little water and cook well.
  7. Add shredded carrots and chopped beans.
  8. Mix well and cook covered for 5 minutes.
  9. Once done, turn off the flame and keep it aside.
Puffs
  1. Thaw puff pastry sheets as per instructions on package.
  2. Preheat the oven for 360-degrees F.
  3. Cut the pastry sheets.
  4. Add the warm stuffing with the pastry sheet.
  5. Apply water on all the 4 sides.
  6. Now fold it on your favorite shape.
  7. Press and seal the sides.
  8. Brush with oil/butter on top. If you want, you can brush with beaten egg. 
  9. Arrange it in a baking tray with a liner or aluminum foil sheet.
  10. Bake it in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  11. Serve hot.
Recipe Notes
  • I have used frozen puff pastry sheets, you use either frozen or homemade sheets.
  • While filling the stuffing, make sure it is warm or cold, do not fill with hot stuffing, it will spoil puffs.
  • If you want you can brush with beaten egg for a nice golden color, otherwise brush with butter/oil.
