Crispy bonda recipe
In a bowl, add 2 cups of Idli batter.
Add 1 chopped onion.
Add 1/4 cup chopped or shredded coconut.
Add 2 green chillies chopped, required salt, and 1/4 tsp baking soda.
Add 2 tsp rice flour and 3 tsp rava.
Combine well and adjust the consistency if required.
Finally, add chopped coriander leaves and mix.
Now drop a small ball sized batter in hot oil.
Fry on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
Cook until it turns golden brown.
Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
