Spicy bread snack
Take 8 slices of bread to make chili bread.
Cut it into 4 - 6 pieces.
Add 3 tbsp butter to a pan.
When the butter is hot add the chopped bread pieces and toast.
Once done, take it apart.
Add 2 tsp cooking oil to a pan.
When the oil is hot add 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds.
Fry the cumin seeds and then add finely chopped onion.
When the onion is slightly wilted, add 2 green chilies chopped.
Add 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste and fry.
Then add 2 chopped tomatoes.
After the tomatoes are soft, add the coriander leaves and capsicum and fry.
Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala, 1 tsp of chili powder, and red chili powder each.
Add the required amount of salt.
After a little frying, add 1/4 cup/required amount of water and fry till the oil separates at the edges.
Now add the bread pieces and mix.
Stir until the spices are mixed well.
Sprinkle a little coriander and turn off the stove.
Delicious bread chili is ready to serve.
