Almond Cookie is different from traditional drop cookies made with flour, butter, sugar and eggs, served with hot milk for breakfast. This recipe is an egg-free version of chocolate chip cookies. Although there are many different types of cookies available in stores, homemade, fresh from the oven, are always special to our family. It is easy to prepare, tastes amazing.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350-degree Fahrenheit or 175-degree Celsius.

  2. Add almond flour, melted butter, sugar, cardamom powder, baking powder, and vinegar to a bowl.

  3. Combine everything well, and add semi-sweetened chocolate chips.

  4. Make it a soft and moist dough, if it is crumbly add 1 or 2 tsp more butter.

  5. Either spread the dough evenly on the countertop, cut it with a cookie cutter or make even sized dough balls and flatten.

  6. Place it on the baking tray, bake for 10-12 minutes, or until light brown on the bottom, once done let it cool completely.

  7. Store it in an airtight container.
