Eggless Mayonnaise is a delicious dip or condiment made with milk, oil and vinegar. It tastes great with fried snacks or shawarma and is perfect for spreading sandwiches and burgers. This can be done very easily at home in 1-2 minutes without the use of a hand mixer or blender. You can always enjoy the delicious egg-free mayonnaise.

Ingredients
  • Milk - ½  cup - 125ml
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Cooking Oil - ¾ cup - 180 ml
Instructions
  1. In a mixing jar, add 1 cup milk, ½  tsp sugar, and 1 tsp vinegar.

  2. Put on the pulse mode for 10 seconds.

  3. Then add ¼ cup cooking oil.

  4. Put on the pulse for 10 - 20 seconds.

  5. Now you can see that the mayonnaise is somewhat thicker.

  6. Add another ¼  cup of cooking oil.  

  7. Keep beating at high speed for 10 - 20 seconds. 

  8. Add ¼ cup of cooking oil again.

  9. Put on the pulse for 10 seconds. 

  10. If you find the mayonnaise is thick enough, stop here, or add more oil again and beat until it reaches the desired consistency.

  11. Delicious eggless mayonnaise is ready to serve.
