Eggless Mayonnaise is a delicious dip or condiment made with milk, oil and vinegar. It tastes great with fried snacks or shawarma and is perfect for spreading sandwiches and burgers. This can be done very easily at home in 1-2 minutes without the use of a hand mixer or blender. You can always enjoy the delicious egg-free mayonnaise.

Notes

  • Use milk that has already been boiled and refrigerated. The milk must be cool to make the mayonnaise. Slight warmness can cause the milk to curdle and not get the desired consistency.
  • Mayonnaise can be made using olive oil, or you can use cooking oil instead of olive oil. Must be a refined oil. Do not use sesame oil, peanut oil or coconut oil.
  • You can grind it with garlic, pepper or any of your favourite ingredients to give the mayonnaise more flavour and aroma.
  • It will stay fresh for up to a week if refrigerated.
  • The oil will require a little more or less than the amount specified, depending on the oil you are using and its quality.
  • You can add salt and sugar to your taste.
  • Instead of adding vinegar, you can add the same amount of lemon juice.
  • When making the mayonnaise add the oil a little at a time without adding it all. The mayonnaise likely may not get a perfect consistency.

Ingredients
  • Milk - ½  cup - 125ml
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Cooking Oil - ¾ cup - 180 ml
Instructions
  1. In a mixing jar, add 1 cup milk, ½  tsp sugar, and 1 tsp vinegar.

  2. Put on the pulse mode for 10 seconds.

  3. Then add ¼ cup cooking oil.

  4. Put on the pulse for 10 - 20 seconds.

  5. Now you can see that the mayonnaise is somewhat thicker.

  6. Add another ¼  cup of cooking oil.  

  7. Keep beating at high speed for 10 - 20 seconds. 

  8. Add ¼ cup of cooking oil again.

  9. Put on the pulse for 10 seconds. 

  10. If you find the mayonnaise is thick enough, stop here, or add more oil again and beat until it reaches the desired consistency.

  11. Delicious eggless mayonnaise is ready to serve.
