Ghee Biscuits are prepared with maida, sugar, and ghee; they're simple to make at home and have a bakery-like taste. They don't need many ingredients; they only need three or four.

Ingredients
  • Sugar - ½ cup 
  • Cardamom - 2
  • Ghee - ½ cup
  • Maida - 1 cup 
Instructions
  1. Add half a cup of sugar to a mixing bowl.

  2. Add two cardamoms to that.

  3. Next, finely pulverize it.

  4. After that, add in a big bowl.

  5. Incorporate melted ½ cup of ghee. 

  6. Create a smooth mixture.

  7. Next, add 1 cup of maida.

  8. It should be kneaded identically to chapati dough.

  9. The mixture should be formed into small balls and lightly patted.

  10. On the baking sheet, they should be set apart by about an inch.

  11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius/360 degrees Fahrenheit.

  12. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on your oven.

  13. After that, take it out and let it cool for ten minutes.

  14. We've got delectable ghee cookies.
