In a pan, heat 1 teaspoon of cooking oil.
Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds to the hot oil.
After the cumin has been roasted, add the chopped onion.
After the onions have been slightly fried, season with salt and add 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
After the raw smell of the ginger garlic paste has faded, add a tomato.
Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
After the tomatoes have been thoroughly cooked, add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon curry masala powder.
Cook the chili powder until the raw smell disappears, then add a little water and bring the masala to a boil.
Add a little water and sprouted green gram.
Simmer for 5 minutes, covered.
The green gram curry is ready.
