Salad for weightloss
Make sprouts with three different kinds of pulses in the same manner as moong.
To a pressure cooker, add the lentils, then the necessary amount of water, along with salt to taste.
It should boil for two whistles.
After boiling, strain the water and store it separately.
Add the boiled pulses and the prepared sprouted greens.
Tomatoes and onions, chopped, should be added.
Add the orange slices, chopped.
You can add dates based on your preferences. Add them after chopping them into small pieces.
Add salt and pepper after that, to taste.
Add half a lemon juice.
Mix everything thoroughly before serving.
