Roti Pizza/Tortilla pizza is a quick pizza, you can prepare it without an oven, maida, or yeast. Pizza is a popular food all over the world, and there are lots of variations in the pizza like thin-crust pizza, thick-crust pizza, whole wheat pizza, cauliflower crust pizza, and the same with cheese and toppings, there is no rule for variations. roti/tortilla pizza is a thin crust pizza, you can prepare with roti/tortilla.
In a small bowl add 5 tsp tomato ketchup, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp sugar.
Add 1/2 tsp crushed pepper and 1 tsp oregano and mix well.
Pizza sauce is ready now.
Heat a pan on a low flame, keep the roti/tortilla on it.
Spread 2 slices of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Put another roti/tortilla on top of it, and gently press.
Spread 2 or 3 tsp of pizza sauce and spread it.
Spread 2 shredded slices of cheddar cheese 1 more shredded slice of mozzarella cheese and press it.
Add a few slices of different colour capsicum, mushrooms, and onion.
Cover and cook for 10 - 12 minutes on low flame / Bake on 360F/180C preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Yummy thin crust pizza is ready.
