Soft and fluffy milk buns
In a bowl add 300 ml of warm milk.
Add 2 tsp sugar and 1 tsp active dry yeast.
Mix well and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
In a wide bowl add 3 cups all-purpose flour/maida.
Add 1 tsp of salt and mix.
Milk mixture gets foamy on top, add it with flour.
Knead the dough, add 3 tsp softened butter.
Knead for 10 minutes & make a soft and satiny dough.
Grease the bowl, place dough, cover, and keep it in a warm place for at least 1 hour.
Dough doubled in size.
Punch down and knead for 1 more minute.
Pinch off and make 9 even-sized balls.
Roll into a ball smoothly without any cracks.
Grease a baking pan.
Place the dough balls in 1- inch distance.
Cover and let rise until doubled or keep it for 30 minutes.
Once done, brush with milk on top.
Preheat the oven to 180F/360C, place the dough.
Bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
Once done, apply melted butter on top.
Cooldown and serve.
