Sooji cake without eggs.
In a mixer jar, add 1 cup of Rava and 3/4 cup of sugar.
Grind it as a fine powder.
In a wide bowl add 1/2 cup of thick curd and 1/4 cup of melted butter.
Whisk until no lumps.
Add Rava and sugar mixture and combine well.
Now add 1/4 cup of milk and mix.
Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, add 1/4 cup of tutti frutti.
Add 1 tsp maida and mix well.
After 30 minutes, add tutti frutti with the rava mixture.
Add 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder and 1/4 cup maida.
Combine everything well.
Add 1/4 cup of milk and mix well.
Add 1 tsp of vanilla essence and mix.
Keep the batter flowing consistency.
Add it to the greased pan.
Heat a pan (covered) with a stand inside, on a medium flame for 10 minutes.
Once done, place the cake pan.
Cook covered on low flame for 50 - 60 minutes.
Once done, transfer to a cooling rack, cool down completely.
Cut and serve the cake.
