Brownie is a square-shaped chocolaty and fudgy dessert, brownies are commonly prepared with all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, milk chocolate, sugar, and eggs, it is baked without baking powder or baking soda. These brownies are loaded with Nutella flavour, thick and fudgy. It can be served as a snack or served as a dessert with a scoop of ice cream.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 pack Nutella (370 grams)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 C/350 F.

  2. In a large pan sieve and add 1 cup of all-purpose flour.

  3. Add 1 full 370 grams pack of Nutella.

  4. Add 3 eggs (room temperature) and mix well.

  5. Combine well with a whisk.

  6. Once done, add 1 cup condensed milk, 1/2 cup milk, and 1 tsp vanilla essence. Mix well.

  7. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.

  8. Pour the prepared batter.

  9. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.

  10. Once done, cool down completely.

  11. Serve with ice cream or chocolate syrup.

Recipe Notes
  • You can use Nutella or any other hazelnut spread.
  • If it is thick, microwave for about 30 seconds.
  • You can replace the condensed milk with 1 cup of white or brown sugar.
  • Preferably brown sugar helps to make it perfectly brown.
  • I added plain milk, you can add the same quantity of hot milk.
  • You can replace the milk with cooking wine.
  • You can add a pinch of salt to enhance the taste.
  • Bake it in a square or rectangle pan, round pans are not suitable for brownies.
  • You can adjust the condensed milk according to your taste.
  • You can also add chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
