Eggless chocolate cake is a recipe, it is a soft and fluffy cake. You can prepare it without egg, butter, condensed milk, or even with/without an oven. There are lots of chocolate cake recipes with butter and egg. This is a basic chocolate cake, you can decorate with buttercream or fresh cream frosting, or you can decorate with Nutella or melted dark chocolate with butter.
In a small bowl add 1/2 cup of milk and 1 tsp of lemon juice.
Mix well and keep it aside.
In a wide bowl add 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, and 1 tsp baking powder.
Sift the dry ingredients.
Add 3/4 cup sugar and combine.
Now add milk and lemon juice mixture.
Add 5 tsp oil and 1 tsp vanilla essence.
Mix everything well, add a little more milk if needed for flowing consistency batter.
Preheat the oven to 360F/180C, Heat a pan with a wire rack inside and cover it.
Grease a pan with butter/oil and line with parchment paper.
Pour batter and tap twice.
Keep it in the preheated oven or hot pan.
Bake on 360F/180C for 40-45 minutes or cook on low flame for 40-50 minutes.
Once done insert a toothpick, if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
Soft and delicious cake is ready.
