Instructions
Rinse strawberries and remove the stem.
Cut it into halves.
In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, add the strawberries.
Add lemon juice.
Add sugar and mash it with a spatula.
You can see strawberry chunks, it is okay to proceed.
Cook for 35-45 minutes/cook till jam separates from pan.
Sterilize a glass container and dry it.
Cool down the jam and store.
