Ingredients

Potatoes

Plain flour/Maida

Rice flour

tsp
Corn flour

Red chili powder
1/2
tsp
Coriander powder
Oil for deep frying
Salt as needed
Instructions
Wash and cut the potatoes into even size wedges.
In a bowl add plain flour/maida, rice flour, corn flour, chili powder, salt, and water.
Make it as a thin flowing batter. (thinner than bajji batter)
Heat a pan with oil for deep frying. Dip the potatoes in the batter one by one and deep fry it.
Fry for 2 or 3 minutes and flip it occasionally.
Fry till it becomes golden in color.
Drain with a paper towel. Serve hot.
