Soak raw peanuts for 2 hours, or at least 1 hour.
Once done, add peanuts in the pressure cooker, add 1/2 tsp of salt and cook for 3-4 whistles.
After the pressure released, drain excess water.
Add it in a bowl.
Add julienned carrot and mango. Add chopped coriander leaves and onion.
Sprinkle the chat masala, mix well and the peanut sundal is ready to serve.
