Keep the ingredients ready.

Keep Thattu vada in a plate, spread ½ tsp of green chutney on it.

Add 1 tsp or more of freshly grated carrots.

Add grated beetroots.

Add ½ tsp of red chutney.

Cover with another Thattu vada.

Sprinkle with chopped onion, and serve.
