In a bowl add Kodo millet, foxtail millet, quinoa, moong dal, chana dal and add red chilis.

Soak for at least 2 hours.

Once done drain water.

In a mixer jar, add soaked red chili, onions, curry leaves, salt, jeera, fennel seeds, and coriander leaves. Give a quick pulse.

Add Kodo millet, foxtail millet, quinoa, moong dal, chana dal in the mixer jar.

Make it as a coarse paste.

Keep the ground mixer in a bowl, mix well.

Make it as small patties.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan, add vada one by one.

Fry it on a medium flame for few minutes or fry till golden brown.

Once done, drain it in a paper towel and serve hot.
