In a large bowl add water and bring it to boil, add noodles and cook for 10 minutes or cook as per instructions on package. Once done, drain water, wash under cold water and keep it aside.
In a large wok, heat oil and add chopped onion, saute till it becomes translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste, cook till raw smell leaves off.
Add chopped tomato, cook till it becomes mushy.
Add chili powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix well.
Now add chopped vegetables, add ¼ cup of water and cook for 5 – 10 minutes.
Once done add tomato sauce, soy sauce and mix well.
Add cooked noodles, mix well and turn off the flame.
Sprinkle some green onion and serve hot.
