Indian style vegetable burger recipe
Chop 3 potatoes, 2 carrots, and steam cook the vegetables along with 1/4 cup of peas for 15 minutes or cook till the vegetables become soft.
Once done mash the vegetables and combine well.
Now add 1 chopped onion,1/4 cup of poha, needed salt, 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tbsp crushed pepper and mix everything well.
In a bowl add 3 tbsp of maida and water then make a thin paste.
Prepare large patties with vegetable mixture.
Dip in the maida paste and roll it in the bread crumbs.
Deep fry the patties in hot oil.
Cook for 2-3 minutes each side or cook till patties become golden brown.
Once done drain it in a paper towel.
Cut the burger bun into half, and apply 1 tbsp of mayonnaise one side.
Spread 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup another side.
Place burger patty.
Place cheese slice, lettuce, tomato slice, and onion slice.
Add little more tomato ketchup and close the bun.
The yummy veg burger is ready to serve.
