Pidi kozhukattai is a simple and quick dish, made with rice flour, jaggery, and shredded coconut. It is an important neivedyam for Lord Ganesha. It is also a yummy and healthy snack item.

Ingredients
- Rice flour – 1 cup
- Jaggery – ½ cup
- Coconut – ½ cup
- Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
- Ghee/ oil – for greasing
Instructions

Add jaggery in the water, and bring it to boil, till the jaggery melted.

Strain the jaggery water and bring it to boil again.

Now add the shredded coconut and cardamom powder.

Add rice flour and mix it with a spatula.

Wait for it becomes warm to make it as a smooth dough.

Grease your palm with ghee, make small kozhukattai.

Steam cook the kozhukattai for 6 – 8 minutes on medium flame.

Serve hot.
