 A few tips to make delicious bread

  • When making bread, use fresh yeast and if you use old yeast, the bread will not be soft.
  • Use lukewarm water to activate the yeast, the yeast won’t work if the water is too hot or too cold.
  • You can add sugar or honey according to your preference, a little extra sugar will give the bread a slightly sweet taste.
  • While making bread, you can add a little tutti frutti or raisins to the flour and the taste and flavor will be amazing.
  • When kneading the bread dough, the dough should be soft to the touch and stick to the fingers, if the dough is tight, the bread will be dense.
  • Adding wheat gluten is optional.
  • Knead the dough for 15 to 20 minutes, the longer the dough, the softer it will be and the more fluffy the bread will be.
  • Instead of using butter, you can add the same amount of cooking oil.
  • Yeast can be activated by mixing warm milk instead of water.
  • You can add less amount of water and add buttermilk to the remaining amount of water.

Ingredients
  • Warm water - 1 ½ cups
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Honey - 1 tsp
  • Butter - ¼ cup
  • Maida flour – 2 ½ cups
  • Yeast – 1 small packet – 2 ¼ tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Baking soda - ¼ tsp
  • Wheat gluten (wheat gluten) - 2 tsp
Instructions
  1. Add 1 ½  cups of warm water to a small pot. Add 1 tbsp of sugar and 1 tsp of honey to it and mix until dissolved.

  2. Then add 1 packet of yeast, and if yeast is not available in small packets, add 2 ¼ tsp.

  3. Mix it well and keep it for 5 to 10 minutes.

  4. Now you can see that the yeast has activated and keep it aside.

  5. In a large bowl, add 2 ½  of maida flour, add as much salt as needed or a teaspoon, ¼ tsp of baking soda, and ¼  cup of butter.

  6. Add the prepared yeast mixture to it.

  7. Knead it gently for 15 to 20 minutes. The bread will be soft only if it is kneaded until it sticks to the fingers, or the bread is likely to be dense.

  8. Grease a pan with oil or butter put the prepared dough in it and cover it with a damp cloth.

  9. After an hour you will see that the dough has risen, now knead it again for a minute.

  10. Then grease a bread loaf ( 9 * 5  inches)  and roll the prepared dough into loaf size. Then keep it in it for 30 minutes.

  11. After 30 minutes you will see that the dough has risen to the size of a bread loaf.

  12. Now preheat the oven to 350 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes.

  13. After it cools down, cut it into small pieces.

  14. Delicious bread is ready.
