Watermelon is a fruit that should be eaten during the summer to avoid dehydration and other problems that may occur due to dehydration, during the summer. You can eat watermelon as it is or juice it, when making watermelon juice, we can add different flavors to it,  people will love it, like ginger, pepper, and lime, and the watermelon juice can be easily made at home.

Some Tips to Make Delicious Watermelon Juice

  • When slicing watermelon, cut only the red fruit without the white parts.
  • Remove the seeds completely.
  • No need to add water while making juice.
  • When adding ginger, peel the skin and then chop the ginger.
  • I didn’t add ice cubes as it is already watery, you can add ice cubes if desired o refrigerate for a while, and serve.
  • When making juice, you can use palm sugar, honey, or sugar or make a juice with a naturally sweet taste without adding anything.

Ingredients
Watermelon Ginger Juice
  • Watermelon - 1 large piece 
  • Ginger - 2 pieces 
  • Palm Sugar - 2 tsp
Watermelon Lemon Juice
  • Watermelon - 1 large slice
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
  • Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Honey - 2 tsp
Immunity Boosting Juice
  • Watermelon - 1 large slice
  • Watermelon - Finely chopped 
  • Basil seeds - 1 tsp 
  • Honey - 2 tsp 
Instructions
 Watermelon Ginger Juice 
  1. Remove seeds of a large slice of watermelon, and chop it into small pieces.

  2. Add it to a mixing jar.

  3. Add 2 pieces of ginger to it.

  4. Add 2 tsp of palm sugar to it.

  5. Grind it finely without adding water. 

  6. Pour it in a strainer and filter it.

  7. Garnish with coriander or mint leaves and serve chilled.

 Watermelon Lemon Juice
  1. Remove seeds of a large slice of watermelon and chop it into small pieces.

  2. Add it to the mixer jar and add a tsp of pepper powder.

  3. Add a tsp of lemon juice.

  4. Add 2 tsp of honey.

  5. Grind it smoothly without adding water.

  6. Strain it with a strainer.

  7. Garnish with a lemon slice and serve chilled.

Immunity-Boosting juice
  1. Soak 1 tsp of basil seeds in water for 10 minutes.

  2. Remove seeds in a watermelon slice and chop finely. 

  3. Add it to a mixing jar. 

  4. Add 2 tsp of honey to taste.

  5. Finely grind without adding water. 

  6. Pour into a colander and strain.

  7. Add a little bit of chopped watermelon to a serving glass.

  8. Add 3 tsp of soaked basil seeds.

  9. Now pour watermelon juice.

  10. Serve chilled with a slice of watermelon on top of the serving glass.
