Drinking homemade, clean, and tasty drinks like this will keep the body healthier than the soft drinks available in bottles stored for many days. Make a delicious fruit sarbath and enjoy it.
Some Tips to Make Delicious Fruit Sarbath
- In addition to the fruits mentioned below, you can also add your favourite fruits when making fruit sarbath.
- You can use milk instead of coconut milk.
- If you use coconut milk, you can use store-bought or homemade coconut milk.
- I have added honey for sweet taste and instead, you can make this sarbath with or without the addition of honey, sugar, jaggery, or palm sugar.
- Remove seeds of the fruits, if necessary, remove the skin and chop finely.

Healthy summer drink
- Milk - 1 cup - 250ml
- Coconut milk - ½ cup - 125ml
- Mango - 1
- Honey - 2 tsp
- Apple - 1
- Grape - 20
- Orange - 1
- Mango - 1
- Watermelon - 1 slice
- Pomegranate seeds - as required

Peel the mango and remove the seed and cut it into small pieces.

Add it to a mixer jar.

Add 2 tablespoons of honey.

Add 1 cup of milk and grind it nicely without lumps.

Pour it into a bowl.

Add 1/2 cup of coconut milk to it.

Mix well once.

Now remove the seeds from the fruits mentioned above and peel them if necessary and chop them lightly.

Mix it one by one with the sarbath.

Add a little ice water if the sarbath is too thick.
