Strawberry jam is a delicious fruit jam, you can prepare it in the home itself. There are many ways to use strawberry jam apart from spreading on bread slice. You can make fruit-flavored yogurt, to stuff on fresh toast or any other dessert sandwich, top with pancakes, to combine with ice cream, use it as salad dressing, fill crepes/cake layers, to make sandwich biscuits.

- 1 kg Strawberry
- 1/2 kg Sugar
- 1 Lemon

Rinse strawberries and remove the stem.

Cut it into halves.

In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, add the strawberries.

Add lemon juice.

Add sugar and mash it with a spatula.
