Mexican Burrito Wrap is so popular in the USA and some other parts of the world, it is a flour tortilla filled with various ingredients like white or brown rice, pinto or black beans, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, lettuce, salsa, and chicken, and wrapped.
Along with the above ingredients you can also use, bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, squash, etc., Apart from this we can also add all these ingredients in the bowl, topped with favorite sauce is the burrito bowl, it is also yummy.

Ingredients
- Flour tortillas – 2
- Cooked rice – 1/2 cup
- Black beans (cooked) – 1/2 cup
- Lemon – 1
- Cilantro
- Ripe avocado – 1
- Sour cream – ¼ cup
- Lettuce
- Shredded cheese – ¼ cup
For salsa
- Onion – 1 large
- Tomato – 1
- Garlic pods – 10
- Cilantro
Preparation
1. Soak the black beans overnight, and cook till it becomes soft and tender.
2. Cook rice and keep it aside.
3. Chop lettuce.
4. Shred the cheese.
Method
1. In a bowl add cooked rice, chopped cilantro, and lemon juice and keep it aside.
2. In a bowl add peeled avocado and lemon juice.
3. Combine well.
4. In a chopper add onion, tomato, garlic pods, and cilantro and chop coarsely (make it in two batches).
5. Slightly cook tortilla and keep it in an aluminum foil.
6. Now spread the sour cream.
7. Add ½ of cilantro rice.
8. Add ½ of cooked beans.
9. Add required avocado.
10. Add a generous amount of salsa.
11. Add shredded cheese.
12. Add lettuce.
13. Carefully wrap and cover with aluminum foil, and serve immediately.
