Badam milk powder is a tasty and healthy premix. It can be mixed with milk daily to boost immunity, promote bone growth, keep children active, and help brain development. It can be easily made more hygienically at home than store-bought almond mixes and can be drunk by everyone from children to adults, especially it is good for children’s health.


Tips to Make Delicious Badam Milk Powder

  • You can add a few cashews with almonds and pistachios if you like. 
  • You can also add cashew nuts instead of pistachios.
  • Saffron is subject to your preference, you can make almond milk powder without adding it.
  • Add sugar to your liking.
  • Once the almond and pistachio roasted well, cool down completely and then add to the mixer and grind.
  • Store the almond milk powder in a clean and dry airtight container.
  • Almond milk can be drunk hot or cold.

Almond milk powder premix

Ingredients
  • Almonds - 1 cup (150g)
  • Pistachio - 1 cup (30g)
  • Cardamom - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 cup (200g)
  • Turmeric powder  - ¼ tsp
  • Saffron - 1 pinch
Instructions
  1. Add 1 cup of almonds to a pan over medium heat. Fry for 2 minutes.

  2. Then add ¼ cup of pistachio nuts and 1 tsp of cardamom.

  3. Put on medium heat and fry till it changes colour slightly and smells good.

  4. After frying, pour them on a plate and let cool.

  5. Add a cup of sugar to a mixing jar.

  6. Add ¼ tsp of turmeric powder and a pinch of saffron.

  7. Finely grind it.

  8. Then add the roasted almonds, pistachios, and cardamom 

  9. Grind it into a light crumb.

  10. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.

  11.  Add 1.5 to 2 tsp of almond milk powder to hot or warm milk, mix well (add sugar if necessary), serve hot or refrigerate and serve chilled.
