Carrot milkshake is a delicious drink for the summer. This can be done very easily using homemade ingredients. At the same time, everyone will love the taste and flavour. Carrot milkshake is made with carrots, milk, almonds and honey. Enjoy a delicious carrot milkshake that can be easily made at home.

Some tips to make a delicious carrot milkshake

  • I use cooked carrots to make carrot milkshake, you can cook or use grated carrots.
  • Cooldown the cooked carrots and then add to the mixer/blender and grind.
  • Carrots and milk have a sweet taste, you can add honey, cane sugar, powdered jaggery or make a milkshake without adding any of these.
  • Add a little cardamom powder if desired.

Ingredients
  • Carrots - 3 (200g) 
  • Milk - 1.5 cups (375ml) 
  • Almonds - 20 - 25
  • Honey - 2 tsp
Instructions
  1. Soak 20-25 almonds in ½ cup of milk for 10 - 15 minutes.  

  2. Peel 3 medium-sized carrots and cut them into small pieces, and add them to the pressure cooker.  

  3. Add the required amount of water and cook for 2 whistles. 

  4. Once done,  let it cool and add it to the mixer jar.  

  5. Add the soaked almonds.

  6. Grind it nicely.  

  7. After grinding add 1 more cup of milk.  

  8. Add 2 tsp of honey.  

  9. Grind nicely again.  

  10. Serve with a lightly powdered almond or pistachio sprinkle.

  11. If desired, refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.

Method
