Bread Pizza is perfect for a school snack/after school snack. When children come home after school, they will be hungry. This quick and easy bread pizza snack is perfect and satisfies them. You can prepare this dish for breakfast, dinner or snack. It will not take more than 20 minutes to prepare this dish. You can make variations with your favourite vegetables and cheese.
- In addition to capsicum and onions, you can also add mushrooms and pineapple to the pizza.
- You can use mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.
- Instead of adding tomato sauce, you can add pizza sauce.
- You can use either white bread or wheat bread to make pizza.

Ingredients for toppings
- Chopped onion – 1/4 cup
- Chopped tomatoes – 1/4 cup
- Chopped capsicum – 1/4 cup
- Olives – 3 tsp
- Grated mozzarella cheese – 1/4 cup
- Salt as needed
- Chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
- Pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Italian seasoning – 1/2 tsp
- Tomato Sauce – 1 tsp
Other Ingredients
- Bread packet – 1
- Tomato sauce/ketchup – as needed
- Melted butter – as needed
Recipe
- Add all the ingredients needed for toppings in a bowl.
- Mix well and set aside.
- Take two bread slices and cut them into circles with a cookie cutter or bottle cap.
- Remove the outer part.
- cut one of the two bread slices with another small cookie cutter or small bottle cap and remove the middle part (it will look like a ring).
- Place the cut bread slice (ring) on it.
- Place the prepared topping on top and press lightly.
- Spread a little melted butter on it.
- If you use the oven you can bake at 180C / 360F for 10 to 12 minutes.
- If you want to make it in the tawa, heat the tawa.
- Put the prepared bread pizza on tawa.
- Cook covered on low heat until the cheese melts.
- Delicious bread pizza is ready to serve.
