Notes
- You can replace granulated sugar with maple syrup.
- You can try without the chocolate chips, which is also good.
- Variations can be made with dried coconut, dried fruit or chopped nuts.
- If you want to make it crunchy, you can add almond flour and white flour in a 1: 1 ratio (if you are adding white flour, add 2 cups butter) the other steps will be the same.
- Instead of cardamom powder, you can add 1 tsp vanilla essence.

- 2 cups Almond flour
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Vinegar

Preheat oven to 350-degree Fahrenheit or 175-degree Celsius.

Add almond flour, melted butter, sugar, cardamom powder, baking powder, and vinegar to a bowl.

Combine everything well, and add semi-sweetened chocolate chips.

Make it a soft and moist dough, if it is crumbly add 1 or 2 tsp more butter.

Either spread the dough evenly on the countertop, cut it with a cookie cutter or make even sized dough balls and flatten.

Place it on the baking tray, bake for 10-12 minutes, or until light brown on the bottom, once done let it cool completely.

Store it in an airtight container.

1. Add 2 cups of blanched almond flour to a bowl.
2. Add melted butter, sugar, cardamom powder, baking powder, and vinegar.
3. Combine everything well.
4. Add semi-sweetened chocolate chips.
5. Make it a soft and moist dough.
6. Spread the dough evenly on the parchment paper/aluminium foil/countertop.
7. Cut it with a cookie cutter or make even sized balls and flatten.
8. Place it on the baking tray.
9. Bake it for 10-12 minutes, or until light brown on the bottom, once done let it cool completely.
