Milk Sarbath is a soft drink made with healthy ingredients. It is perfectly suitable for the summer season. Most of the soft drinks available in stores and the colorful powders available in the packets contain a lot of harmful substances to our body,  homemade soft drinks like this are nutritious, which will enhance health and tastes immense. Prepare delicious and healthy milk sarbath at home and enjoy.

Some tips to make delicious Milk Sarbath

  • Use full-fat milk for milk sarbath.
  • Soak the almond gum for 10 – 12 hours.
  • In addition to the almond, cashew, pistachio, you can use the nuts of your choice, and fruits such as apples and mangoes.
  • Saffron and tutti frutti is optional.
  • Once the milk sarbath is prepared, either refrigerate for 2 hours or serve chilled with ice cubes.

Ingredients
  • Milk - 1 liter 
  • Almond Gum - 3 
  • Sabja seeds - 2 tsp 
  • Saffron - 1 pinch
  • Milk - to soak saffron
  • Sugar - ½ cup
  • Nannari Sarbath - 1 tsp
  • Tutti frutti - ¼ cup 
  • Cashew nuts - 10 
  • Almonds - 10  
  • Pistachios 10
Instructions
  1. Add 3 pieces of almond gum to a cup and pour the required amount of water and soak for 10 to 12 hours.

  2. Once done, set aside.

  3. soak 2 tsp of basil seeds in a bowl for 10 to 15 minutes.

  4. Once done, set aside.

  5. Add 1 liter of milk to a pan and boil the milk over medium heat.

  6. Put on medium heat and boil till the milk reduces to 600ml.

  7. Then add 100 grams of sugar and mix.

  8. Soak a pinch of saffron in milk and add it.

  9. Turn off the stove after boiling for five minutes.

  10. Add a tablespoon of Nannari sarbath.

  11. Add 1/4 cup of tutti frutti with it.

  12. Now add chopped cashews, pistachios, and almonds.

  13. Then add the soaked almond gum.

  14. Finally, add the basil seeds and stir.

  15. Refrigerate for 2 hours or serve chilled.

  16. You can serve immediately with ice cubes.
