- 2 cups Pasta
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 3/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- Salt as needed
- Few Coriander leaves
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables (chopped beans & carrot, peas, corn)

Boil water in a pan add salt and 1 tsp of oil, add pasta and cook for 6-8 minutes.

Once done, drain and run under cold water and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion saute till it becomes translucent.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook till the raw smell leaves.

Add the chopped coriander leaves.

Add chopped/pureed tomatoes.

Add chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt.

Combine everything and add a little water, cook for a minute.

Now add the mixed vegetables and cook covered for 3-5 minutes.

Once done, add cooked pasta and mix well.

Cook for a couple of minutes and serve hot.
