Milk Peda is a delicious and easy milk dessert. The traditional method of making milk peda is time-consuming and takes a long time until it hardens. This is an instant milk peda with paneer and milk powder. There are many ways to make instant milk peda. You can do this with milk powder and condensed milk. Another method is with goya, sugar and milk. I made milk peda by adding grated paneer, milk powder, milk and sugar.
Notes
- You can replace the sugar with 1/2 cup of condensed milk.
- If you boil the mixture too much, it will be dry and cracks may appear. You can add a little milk and cook again for a few minutes.
- Use the freshly grated paneer.
- It is better to use homemade paneer, it will be softer and tastier than store-bought paneer.
- If you can not make pedas, it is not cooked well. Cook for a few more munites.

- 1 cup Milk
- 200 grams Paneer
- 1/2 cup Milk powder
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 tsp Ghee
- Chopped nuts for garnishing

Boil the milk in a saucepan.

Cook until it is half the size.

Add the grated paneer and cook until the moisture is completely absorbed.

Now add milk powder and mix well.

Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.

Cook until moisture is absorbed.

When done, allow the mixture to cool, add to the mixing jar and grind lightly.

Rub the ghee on the palm, make the required size balls and tap.

Garnish with chopped nuts.
Method

3. Meanwhile, freshly grate the paneer and keep it aside.
4. Cook till the milk becomes half in quantity.
5. Add grated paneer.
6. Cook until moisture is absorbed.
7. Now add milk powder and mix well.
8. Add sugar and cardamom powder and combine well.
9. Cook until moisture is absorbed.
10. Once done, allow the mixture to cool, add it to the mixer jar and grind lightly.
11. Rub the palms with ghee, make desired size balls and flatten them.
