Bread Omelette is a quick, easy and healthy way to make a perfect light breakfast or snack that is perfect for kids’ lunch boxes. The omelette is made with eggs, onions, green chillies and peppers. You can add your favourite vegetables and grated cheese. This is one of my favourite breakfasts, full of flavours and a great way to add vegetables to our breakfast.

- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp White pepper
- 1/4 cup Onion
- 1/4 cup Bell pepper
- Few Coriander leaves
- 2 Green chillis
- 1 tsp Butter
- 2 Bread slices
- Salt as needed

Break 3 eggs and add to bowl.

Add salt and pepper powder.

Add chopped onion, pepper, coriander leaves, and green chilis.

Mix everything well.

Melt the butter in a pan.

Add prepared egg mixture, and cook on a medium flame.

Add the bread slice.

Add more egg mixture till the bread slice is submerged and cook for a minute.

Carefully flip and cook for another 2 minutes.

Flip once again and cook for a minute and serve hot.

1. Break 3 eggs and add to bowl.

4. Melt the butter in a pan.

8. Carefully flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
9. Once again flip it and cook for a minute.
10. Serve hot.
