Masala Bread Toast is an easy and quick breakfast/snack. This can be done very easily in 10 to 15 minutes. Rather than making regular idli, dosa or chapati, it will be loved by everyone. You can make spicy bread toast using available ingredients at home. 

Some Tips to Make Delicious Masala Bread Toast

  • Beat eggs until well foamed and then add the spices.
  • Soak the bread in the egg for a minute or two to make it soft and toast fluffy.
  • It can be made without adding green chillies and chilli flakes if given to children.
  • Bread has already added salt so add the required amount of salt to the egg.
  • Crush the peppercorns freshly and add.
  • You can also toast with cooking oil or ghee instead of butter.
  • Toast the bread over medium heat, if the flame is too high it will be burnt outside, remain uncooked inside.

Spicy bread toast

  • Bread slices - 5
  • Eggs - 3 
  • Onion - ½
  • Coriander leaves - Few
  • Green chillies - 2
  • Chilli flakes - ½ tsp
  • Crushed pepper -½ tsp
  • Salt - as needed
  • Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
  • Butter - 2 - 3 tsp 
Instructions
  1. Add 3 eggs to a bowl.

  2. Beat it with a whisk until foamy.

  3. Add finely chopped onion.

  4. Finely chop the fresh coriander and add.

  5. Chop 2 green chillies and add.

  6. Add ½ tsp chilli flakes with it.

  7. Add crushed pepper ¾ tsp.

  8. Add the required amount of salt and ½ tsp turmeric powder to the egg.

  9. Mix the spices well with the eggs.

  10. Heat ½ tsp butter in a tawa.

  11. Dip the bread slice in the beaten egg. Allow soaking for a minute if desired. 

  12. Once the butter melted, add the bread to the grill and cook over medium heat.

  13. Cook each side for 1 - 2 minutes, flipping occasionally.

  14. Cook until golden brown.
