- 1 Broccoli cut into small florets
- 1/4 cup All-purpose flour | Maida
- 2 tsp Corn flour
- 2 tsp Rice flour
- 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 pinch Baking soda
- Salt as needed
- Oil for frying

Chop the broccoli into small pieces, wash and set aside.

In a bowl, add maida | all-purpose flour, cornflour, and rice flour.

Add chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger and garlic paste, and salt.

Gently mix everything, and add water little by little.

Make the medium-thick consistency batter.

Add a pinch of baking soda and mix the batter once again.

Heat oil in a frying pan and dip broccoli flowers one by one in the batter.

Drop flowers in oil and fry until golden brown.

Drain them in a paper towel. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
