
Butter Murukku is a crispy and crunchy Indian snack, generally prepared on festive seasons. Apart from that murukku is a tasty snack particularly kids’ favorite. Butter murukku is tastier than regular murukku it’s a mouth-melting snack.

Other Varieties – chili bajji, palkova, milk peda, egg puffs, veg puffs, masala peanuts, peanut sundal, thayir vada, rajma sundal, onion samosa, sweet bonda, millet payasam, paruppu payasam, sakkarai pongal, asoka halwa, nei appam, pidi kozhukattai, badam halwa, moongdal laddu, halwa, boondi laddu, badusha, badam kheer.

- 1 cup Rice flour
- 1/2 cup Gram flour
- 1/4 cup Fried gram flour
- Salt as needed
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 tsp Jeera
- Oil for frying

In a bowl add all the ingredients except oil.

Mix everything well.

Add water and make it as a smooth dough.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan.

Grease murukku maker and fill the dough and squeeze it in the oil.

Fry till the bubbles off.

Drain and store it in an airtight container.
