Ingredients
  • Sesame seeds - ½ cup
  • Groundnuts - ¼ cup
  • Palm sugar - ¼ cup
Instructions
  1. In a pan, add 1/2 cup of sesame seeds and roast them until fragrant.

  2. Afterwards, keep it apart.

  3. Fry 1/4 cup of peanuts in addition. Fry till almost golden.

  4. After that, keep it apart.

  5. Put roasted, cooled sesame seeds and peanuts in a blender container, and coarsely crush them.

  6. Add 1/4 cup sugar to it, then pulse once.

  7. Next, form them into little balls.

  8. It's time for some lovely sesame balls (ellu urundai).

Method

1. Add ½  cup of sesame seeds to a pan and fry till it turns aromatic.

2. Then keep it separate.

3. Then add ¼  cup of peanuts and fry. Fry until lightly browned.

4. Then keep it separately.

5. Add roasted and cooled sesame seeds and peanuts to a mixer jar and grind them coarsely.

6. Add ¼ cup sugar to it and grind it once.

7. Now roll them into small balls.

8. Delicious sesame balls (ellu urundai) are ready.
